A mindful yoga experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.

Led by guest facilitator Susie Caicedo, this intentional practice blends gentle flow and restorative yin yoga to support both movement and stillness. Beginning with breath, intention setting, and mindful mobility, you'll gradually move through a slow, fluid sequence designed to build warmth, awareness, and presence before settling into longer yin postures that invite release, reflection, and deep restoration.

Like a slow exhale you didn't realize you were holding, this experience is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space within the body.

Susie Caicedo, E-RYT 500, has been walking the yogic path since 2006, guided by intuition, lineage, and the quiet wisdom of the heart. Since 2010, she has served as a lead trainer and mentor, helping others deepen their practice and connection to self. Her teaching creates space for clarity, presence, and remembrance—inviting students to return to breath, stillness, and the deeper self.
