Signature Experience 

Periods, Puberty & Connection.

Many of us grew up receiving little guidance around our changing bodies. Conversations about periods, puberty, and becoming a young woman often felt uncomfortable, confusing, or something to be hidden away. We want something different for the next generation.

Join us for a special evening designed to help girls ages 9–12 approach puberty and periods with confidence, curiosity, and a deeper understanding of their amazing bodies.

While daughters gather in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment to learn about growing up, mothers will be invited into a restorative experience of reflection, somatic breathwork, and immersive sound healing. Together, we'll create space to pause, reconnect with ourselves, and consider the messages we hope to pass on to our daughters as they navigate this important season of life.

At the end of the evening, mothers and daughters will come together for a meaningful connection circle designed to strengthen trust, encourage open communication, and celebrate the beautiful journey of growing up.

Whether your daughter is beginning to ask questions, approaching her first period, or simply curious about the changes ahead, this evening offers a supportive space for both mothers and daughters to learn, connect, and grow together.

What to Expect

Girls' Experience

Led by Heather Shover, Founder of Thriving Girls Circles DFW

• Interactive activities and engaging discussions about puberty and periods
• Fun games, connection, and confidence-building exercises
• Age-appropriate education in a supportive environment
• Tools to help girls feel informed, empowered, and comfortable in their changing bodies

Moms' Experience

Led by Lauren Cureton, Director of Wellness & Experiences at BuDhaGirl

• Guided reflection and meaningful conversation
• Somatic breathwork for relaxation and nervous system support
• Immersive crystal bowl sound healing
• Space to reconnect with yourself while preparing to support your daughter through this next chapter

Mother + Daughter Connection Circle

• Guided bonding activities
• Opportunities for open conversation
• Meaningful moments of connection and understanding
• Tools to support communication beyond the event

• Please arrive 10 minutes early
• No prior experience necessary
• Wear comfortable, lounge-inspired clothing

PRICING

• $250 per family (mother + daughter) - EARLY BIRD THRU 7/2 (Reg. Price is $297)
• $100 for each additional daughter

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments are fully refundable for 48 hours after registration. After 48 hours, payments are non-refundable due to event preparations and supplies. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another mother and daughter. Please notify us in advance.
